Our modern facility features three private consultation rooms and spacious meeting and conference areas, making it an ideal location for health practitioners, support groups, and wellness programs. The hub is equipped with high-speed internet, ensuring seamless connectivity for telehealth services, online meetings, and professional use.
By offering a well-equipped, centrally located space, we aim to enable greater access to health and wellbeing services for our community. The Geraldine Health Hub houses Tarahaoa Health and Four Peaks Dental, providing essential health services to the community.
The facility includes three consultation rooms, meeting rooms/ or a conference space with kitchen facilities, available for hire. 20% discount for Not-for-profit organisations.

We are a friendly team, living and working in our fantastic communities. We work in a collaborative way, and offer enrolled patients a range of services, provided by a range of clinical staff. Our practice sites are Teaching Practices and will have nursing and medical students on placement with us from time to time.
